Almost a year ago NICC organised a lecture by the Danish artist Peter Land at the Academy of Antwerp. Because the artistic activity of this fascinating artist is buzzing in this town with two presentations (at Inbox of M HKA and a solo show at Keteleer Gallery), Nick Lodgers of NICC invited him again, this time to have a public talk. Artists Lieven Segers and Frank Koolen will ask him about the position of failure in his work, about the embracement of doubt, about the rapidity of sinking (of a boat), about the awkwardness of the dance, about the colour green and other things more or less related to his artistic practice and his point of view.
